 Pet Related Food Item(s) Policy and Liability Waiver: We only use all-natural and fresh ingredients. Items may contain amounts of natural peanut butter, water, baking powder, honey, egg, garbanzo bean flour, corn starch, pumpkin, apple, olive oil, apple, banana,  blueberries, whole wheat flour, wheat, grains, eggshells, and other natural ingredients. Duty To Disclose: Clients must disclose on a continuing basis any and all medical or other conditions regarding their pet(s) food allergies, including but not limited to personality concerns or behavioral incidents that may affect their health.   Acceptance & Acknowledgement Of Risk: CLIENTS FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT: (A) THERE ARE INHERENT AND POTENTIAL RISKS INVOLVED WITH PETS INGESTING CURTAIN FOODS WHICH MAY RESULT IN BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERMANENT DISABILITY, SICKNESS, OR DEATH TO PETS; (B) THERE MAY BE OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN TO YOU OR Gilmore Dog Walking LLC, NOR READILY FORESEEABLE AT THIS TIME (COLLECTIVELY “RISKS”). BY AGREEING AND PAYING FOR OUR SERVICES OR ITEMS, ALL CLIENTS FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR DOG(s) OR PET(s) PARTICIPATION WITH Gilmore Dog Walking LLC, INCLUDING ANY VETERINARIAN EXPENSES INCURRED ON BEHALF OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR PET(S).
